Introduction

You can have as many locks on your doors and windows that you want. Criminals do not come through the doors and windows in your home. They come though your computers, lap tops, and cell phones.

 

They come through at home, at work, or while you are sitting in the park. They contact your children on their machines, asking questions about you, your family habits, and your comings and goings. Most of these people are not who they say they are. Some live in countries where the criminals  cannot be reach by law enforcement.

Even if you’ll never use an online dating site, here’s why recent dating-site data breaches should get your attention.

 

Dating sites like Adult FriendFinder and Ashley Madison were built with privacy and discretion in mind. But recent breaches of those and other sites’ data security reveal a different reality, one which should frighten not just dating-site users, but everyone who relies on data security.

Heavily guarded information is valuable.

Though it’s unclear whether the recent dating-site hacking was more about money or morality, sensitive personal information—because it’s generally harder to get—can sell for a premium in the black market.

There’s also the danger of extortion. Information exposed from hacked dating sites may not be too valuable in and of itself. But the public release of just a first and last name could be devastating where the names’ owner would strongly prefer to keep those details private. That person may be faced with the choice of having those details go public or paying a fortune to (possibly) keep them private.

It’s often the case that the most valuable information is the information we most desperately want to protect.

By all means, do everything you can to protect your personal data from thieves. But know that just being responsible—shredding sensitive documents at home, creating a variety of strong online passwords, being cautious on public Wi-Fi, and other smart steps—may not be good enough to prevent your information from slipping into the wrong hands. Should that extremely unfortunate event happen, the real question is, how will you be able to help limit the damage?

The Bush administration needed a reason that complied with the Laws so they could go after "the bad guy of their choice" namely laws that had been set in place to protect us from mobs and "criminal organizations" such as the Mafia. They paid Jamal al Fadl, hundreds of thousands of dollars to back the U.S. Government's story of Al-qaeda, a "group" or criminal organization they could "legally" go after. Landlord Extortion

This is how this issue ended;

Eagle's Crest decided to turn my case over to a bill collector. I proved to them that I did not owe them a thing. They decided to not accept my proof. I called the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office. The bill collector put a "Ding" on my credit report causing it to hurt my credit.

So I told Eagle's Crest and the Attorney General's Office that I am ready to sue the bill collector and Eagle's Crest for fraud and extortion and asked the Attorney General for a lawyer that handles such cases. The Attorney General's Office refused but said that they would talk to the bill collector. The bill collector took the "Ding" off my credit report and both the bill collector and the landlord dismissed their claim.

The Pennsylvania Attorney General asked if I was satisfied and I said yes! I understand that the office manager at Eagle's Crest was fired for unrelated issues. That was also OK with me.....  

 I was talking to a woman from Maryland, just outside Washington DC about a landlord problem that she had about 6 month ago. When she moved, her landlord said that she owed money due to breaking the lease. They hired a Debt Collector to make her pay the debt. The problem is that the woman knew that she followed the letter of her agreement. She refused to pay the extortion money.  The debt collector never carried out the threat to sue the lady.

As I said before, when I moved from Eagle Crest in Lower Paxton, Pa. Management claimed that I owed them about $2,200 for breaking the lease because I moved 3 months before the lease was up.  The lease clearly said that I only had to give them 60 days notice because I lived in my apartment for 3 years.  By the way, that is also Pennsylvania State law.  They sent a Bill Collector after me. They threaten to sue me and destroy my credit.

 

I told him to go ahead and sue. I also gave them the name, address, and phone number of the magistrate that should hear the case according to the contract. I never heard anymore from this debt collector. The reason, Debt collectors work on a case with the idea of getting a percentage of the collection. I let them know that;

• I was not paying

• They had no case according to the contract that I signed

• They sue me and I will counter sue for harassment and extortion.

 

Now Eagle Crest hired another Debt Collector that is using more threatening language toward me. They called me and told me what they were going to do to me then ask me if I was going to pay the debt. I said "no" and gave them the same speech I gave the other  collector. The man told me off and hung up on me.

 

I have a BS degree with 15 college credits in contract law. My daughter's BS degree is in Criminal Justice. Most people do not have this type of education. Many people would get scared and pay this money.  Most bill collectors and landlords know this. Even if they only get 10% (100% totaling $1 Million) of the people paying this extortion money, they will make $100,000 just on illegally extorting of money out of innocent people.

 

 No, the police will not interfere because it is not a criminal matter. It is a civil matter.  Your State Attorney General should be interest in this type of crime but they have other problems to worry about. Your NAACP is more worried about going on corporate paid vacations then helping the poor and disadvantaged.

In fact, this is a crime committed against the poor and uneducated. That is the Blacks, Hispanics, and poor Whites.  They have few friends in State and Federal governments.  That means that this is a crime with the odds in favor of the criminal landlord.

 

What can you do if this happens to you?

 

First , read and understand your Renter's Contract. If you do not understand it, find someone such as a lawyer that can explain it to you.

 

Second, Know your terms for leaving your apartment such as how much time you have to give the landlord to move. Know the terms of how to get your security deposit money back. I did not trust my landlord so I subtracted this money from the last month's rent.  That way, they could not keep my security deposit.      

 

Third, keep your agreement in a safe place and follow it to the letter. Keep all correspondence with your landlord.

 

Four, Give the landlord a letter telling them that you are moving with the date of the move in the letter. Make sure that the move is at least 10 days greater than the day that the contract requires you to give then. If you have problems with the landlord such as problems with leaving, tell them that they can take you to court and leave it at that.  

 

Five, if the landlord or debt collector confronts you about your move, tell them to take you to the magistrate indicated in the agreement.

 

Six, if they are stupid enough to take you to court, be on time with your collected information. Show it to the magistrate and that should be the end of the problem. If you like and I will if they are crazy enough to take me to court, counter sue for damages.

 

Remember, the law is 90% possession. If you have the money, make sure that the landlord is right before you give it up. Don't make the mistake thinking that the landlord or bill collector is the authority and you do what they tell you.  You could be the target of a corporate extortion plot!

Children have many problems that I never had to deal with when I was young. Predators could not get at me as easily as they can now. This is why I think you should read this.

 

Sextortion is a form of sexual exploitation that employs non-physical forms of coercion to extort sexual favors from the victim. Sextortion refers to the broad category of sexual exploitation in which abuse of power is the means of coercion, as well as to the category of sexual exploitation in which threatened release of sexual images or information is the means of coercion.

 

 As used to describe an abuse of power, sextortion is a form of corruption in which people entrusted with power – such as government officials, judges, educators, law enforcement personnel, and employers – seek to extort sexual favors in exchange for something within their authority to grant or withhold. Examples of such abuses of power include: government officials who request sexual favors to obtain licenses or permits, teachers who trade good grades for sex with students, and employers who make providing sexual favors a condition of obtaining a job.

Sextortion also refers to a form of sexual blackmail in which sexual information or images are used to extort sexual favors from the victim. Social media and text messages are often the source of the sexual material and the threatened means of sharing it with others. An example of this type of sextortion is where people are extorted with a nude image of themselves they shared on the Internet through sexting. They are later coerced into performing sexual acts with the person doing the extorting or are coerced into performing hardcore pornography.

An early use of the term appears in print in 1950 in California.

 

In 2009, the International Association of Women Judges (IAWJ), in partnership with the Association of Women Judges in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Philippine Women Judges Association, and the Tanzania Women Judges Association, and with funding from the Government of the Netherlands, launched a three-year program on "Stopping the Abuse of Power through Sexual Exploitation: Naming, Shaming, and Ending Sextortion." Presentations on sextortion were made to judges attending the 2010 and 2012 Biennial World Conferences of the IAWJ and to NGOs attending the 2011 and 2012 meetings of the UN Commission on the Status of Women.

Why do small towns have such equipment?

Black people have always talked about Cops going bad as far back as I can remember. My father told me about police terrorizing innocent civilians,  back in the 1950s and 1960s.  That is why I can't understand why Blacks as well as Whites are shocked at the fact that Dirty Cops exist today.

 

I talked about a middle class,  14 year old Black girl, who was going home from a pool party recently. She was stopped by a White Police Officer and assaulted for no reason.  Obviously, the policeman believed that he could do whatever he wanted.

 

One white woman told me that when a policeman tells you to sit down, you better sit down or you should get what they give you. From what I seen in the video, the girl was sitting down but she was one of these girls who talks a mile a minute and did not understand why she was being detained. She wanted to call her mother. That is when the policeman picked her up by the hair. He dragged her around by the hair, then put both knees in her back while handcuffing her .  The White Woman said the officer was justified.  They are the law and can do whatever they want.

 

Upon further investigation, the White girl told me that she was charged about 30 years ago with corrupting the morals of a minor. Her crime. She was in the same home with a teenager who was drinking.  She did not know the child nor did she invite him to drink beer. She was not drinking beer or drinking at all. The parents of the boy did not care if he was drinking beer. She claims that she was singled out.  I asked her "why do you think that it was ok to do this to a 14 year old girl when this girl was just coming from the public pool?" She claims that she did not know the full story. I told her then you are guilty because I don't know the full story about your conviction. You were just passing through as well.  Many people have problems with the facts in a case if your idea of someone is what you learned on TV.  Many people Black as well as White learn that Black people are criminals while White people just make bad choices.

We all claim to be close to God but in fact we are just hypocrites.  The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse is in the last book of the New Testament of the Bible, called the Book of Revelation of Jesus Christ to Saint John the Evangelist, at 6:1-8. I don't believe in this book because I am 64 years old and I saw this part of the Bible become affective before every war and every civil unrest . So it is real.  For example,  before the Civil War, the South claimed that slavery was God's work and that the "White Man's burden" was in affect by God.  The South was right. 6:1-8 is now in effect. The North was just as righteous wanting to end slavery but did not want these "darkies" around or help them get on their feet after 200 years of forced slavery.  In fact, they did not want x-slaves in their churches. Based on the above passage, a common translation into English, the white rider is generally referred to as "Conquest". Under this interpretation, the first horseman is called Pestilence, and is associated with infectious disease and plague. Have you seen so many infectious disease and plague pop up in your  life today or the last 200 years? Do you see the righteous of White people over the people of color all over the world?

 

The second horseman may represent civil war as opposed to the war of conquest that the first horseman is sometimes said to bring. Have you seen or heard of so many wars and civil wars around the world?  The US Government has engaged in wars without going to congress before declaring war. They have lied to the American people before going to war. Examples of this is the Vietnam War, Granada, and Panama.   The second Gulf War is suspect and so is the current war that has lasted over 12 years.

 

The third horseman rides a black horse and is popularly understood to be Famine as the horseman carries a pair of balances or weighing scales, indicating the way that bread would have been weighed during a famine.  Other authors interpret the third horseman as the "Lord as a Law-Giver" holding Scales of Justice.  In the passage it is read that the indicated price of grain is about ten times normal (thus the famine interpretation popularity), with an entire day's wages (a denarius) buying enough wheat for only one person, or enough of the less nutritious barley for three, so that workers would struggle to feed their families. Now tell me, do you know of a drought so bad that animals, bears, wild cats, and others are coming down from the mountains in the West looking for water? They are taking up in people's swimming pools to stay cool and to drink.  In Florida, alligators are doing the same thing. Without water, food production will do down and people will pay high prices for food. Many people will starve.

 

The fourth and final horseman is named Death. Known as "the pale rider", of all the riders, he is the only one to whom the text itself explicitly gives a name. Unlike the other three, he is not described carrying a weapon or other object, instead he is followed by Hades (the resting place of the dead). However, illustrations commonly depict him carrying a scythe (like the Grim Reaper), sword, or other implement. An example of this is Hitler's Germany after the end of WWII. They helped Hitler make war upon the Earth with the excuse that they were the master race. At first, they were winning the war. Then their food supply was reduced by the destruction of goods and services. Bombs fell and destroyed the Cities. They were attacked by more and more enemies from foreign lands and from internal enemies. Finally the war was over, Germany lost the war. But the dying went on for another 5 to 10 years because people did not have clothing, housing, or food.  

 

Now does this sound like a warning to the United States with it wars around the world? Does this sound like the United States with its spread of democracy around the word? Does it sound like the United States with the increasing security problems inside and outside the United States? Does this sound like the United States with droughts and it growing poverty?  

 

The United States is the model of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse!
